The final report funded by Multicultural Affairs and Social Cohesion Division, Department of Premier & Cabinet, Victoria and, prepared by Dr Amy Piedalue, Australia India Institute, University of Melbourne, presents the key findings, conclusions and recommendations from an evaluation of the Think Prevent Bystander Intervention training workshops, a collaboration of Kempster Consultants and the Faith Communitites Council of Victoria. The primary aim of the evualuation was to assess the effectiveness of the training program in achieving its intended outcomes - with particular attention to workshop participants knowledge of the dynamics and drivers of gender based violence (GBV) comfort level in using the bystander approaches taught in the training and subsequent implementation of bystander approaches and GBV prevention knowledge following the training.
